National Election Results Announced

At the 2023 KOTESOL Annual Business Meeting, held online on November 1, the results of the national elections were announced. National elected officers serve a one-year term of office. The Nominations and Elections Committee extends our congratulations to KOTESOL’s newly elected national officers!  Thank you for casting your ballots!

If you haven't cast your ballot yet, you should have received an email reminder on Tuesday, October 17 (KST). Korea TESOL's 2021 elections are quickly approaching. The voting period is October 1-15, 2021, by online voting only. All KOTESOL members should be on the lookout for your KOTESOL ballot to arrive in your email inbox tomorrow (Oct. 1).

Online Ballot Invitations Sent

Online ballot invitations for the 2020 KOTESOL National Elections were sent October 1st at approximately 8:20am.

Please check your spam filters if you you are a current Korea TESOL member and have not received your message from Survey Monkey (with secondary email address admin@koreatesol.org)

This online ballot closes at 11:59pm Saturday, October 31, 2020.

Memberships that expire before October 1st 2020 (e.g., annual memberships taken out before or at last year's International Conference) are not eligible to vote until a new membership (extension) has been processed....

2020 Korea TESOL National Election: Online Voting This year's online voting will take place from Thursday, October 1st, to Saturday, October 31st (23:59).  Each current KOTESOL member will recieve an oline ballot through Survey Monkey.  Normally these ballots will appear in your inbox, however ocasionaly they may end up in your spam folder.  Please make sure to check your spam folder to see if your ballot ended up there.  If you do not recieve a ballot please email our Nominations & Elections Chair at elections@koreatesol.org .

National Council Election Results

Thank you to all KOTESOL members who voted in the 2019-2020 National Election. 

Our newly elected national officers are:

Lindsay Herron, our new National President of KOTESOL! 

Bryan Hale as been confirmed as the First Vice President.

Rhea Metituk is picking up the mantle as Second Vice President.

Philip Schrank has been voted in to take on the role of Treasurer. 

Mike Peacok will be 2019-2020's Nomination and Election Committee Chair.

Congratulations to all incoming officers for 2019-2020!
