Who's Where in KOTESOL
The KOTESOL National Council (i.e., the board of directors) is the highest decision-making authority in KOTESOL, comprised of elected national officers, chapter presidents representing their local chapters, and committee chairs (both elected and appointed).
"The Council shall be responsible for making the strategic and financial decisions of the organization, as well as oversight of the day-to-day operations."
