Online Ballot Invitations Sent

Online ballot invitations were sent via SurveyMonkey to all eligible current voters in KOTESOL.
The "send" address is admin@koreatesol.org but please also check your spam filters.

Email invitations were sent to your currently registered email address, as listed within your online profile at koreatesol.org

If you have previously opted out of SurveyMonkey, then your ballot invitation was NOT sent. You can reverse that (opt in again) at https://www.surveymonkey.com/user/email-opt-in/ (be sure to opt in with the same email address that is listed in the koreatesol.org website.

If your membership expires Sept 30 2018 then you are not currently eligible to vote (you were eligible to vote last year, one membership year enables one vote).

If you renewed membership after Sept 12th, we might not have completely processed your new/renewed membership yet (it's a complex process involving matching bank transfers to online applications, then resetting your profile, all done by our volunteers who also have real jobs!).

We will re-send ballot invitations with an updated list (those who haven't yet voted, plus newly-registered ongoing memberships) in the first week of October.

Those who do not vote online may vote at the conference October 13th (10 am - 4 pm) or Sunday, October 14th (10 am - 3 pm).

For more information on the responsibiities of each office, see https://koreatesol.org/elections

Candidates' personal statements and endorsements may be accessed from https://koreatesol.org/content/2018-kotesol-national-election-candidates

The online vote closes Friday, October 12th, at NOON.

Please contact the Nominations & Elections Committee at elections@koreatesol.org if you have any questions.
