The KOTESOL National Conference Committee is currently seeking speakers to deliver presentations at the upcoming 2023 National Conference. This marks a significant occasion as it will be the first in-person National Conference held since the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic. We are eagerly anticipating the participation of both familiar faces and newcomers alike at this year's event. The chosen theme for this year is "Multicultural Celebration: Relations, Research, Reflections" We extend an open invitation to individuals who share an interest in addressing this theme through their presentations to kindly submit a proposal. The National Conference program committee will carefully review all submissions for consideration.
We highly encourage those specializing in the following areas to submit their proposals:
- Challenges of multicultural education in Korea
- Models of multicultural education for English Language Teaching
- Strategies for fostering intercultural dialogue in English language classrooms
- Innovative approaches for promoting cultural understanding
- Diversity and inclusion in language teaching pedagogies
- Online and Offline Culture
- Group Dynamics (classroom, teacher's room, home)
- Roles and Responsibilities
You're welcome to submit a proposal, regardless of whether your topic aligns with the areas listed above. Following KOTESOL's guiding principle of "Teachers helping teachers," if you're an educator with insights that fellow teachers could benefit from, we enthusiastically invite you to put forth your proposal.
