Welcome to the Jeonju-North Jeolla Chapter of KOTESOL
Our chapter welcomes teachers and future teachers, Korean, Native, and Non-Native English Speakers alike. We hold regular workshops throughout the year at Jeonbuk National University, providing opportunities for teachers to share ideas, learn from one another, and connect with others in the local teaching community.
Our chapter has also organized a variety of special events over the years, including the 2026 JNJ Regional Conference, a Pop-up Market, and a chapter fundraiser featuring classroom games and teaching materials. In 2019, we hosted the KOTESOL National Conference, and in the past we have also hosted the National KOTESOL Drama Festival.
We are currently planning our regular workshop program for 2027 and welcome ideas, presenters, and volunteers who would like to get involved. Whether you are an experienced teacher, new to the profession, or simply interested in language education, we would be happy to have you join us.
This KOTESOL JNJ chapter page provides general information about our chapter, workshops, and events. To connect with other KOTESOL members between workshops, you can find us at our Facebook Page, Instagram, Jeonju North Jeolla KOTESOL Kakao Group, or email us at jnj.kotesol@gmail.com
If you have any questions, please get in touch with us. You can contact our chapter president directly at jeonju@koreatesol.org. You can also find more information about our local chapter leaders. We usually hold meetings on the first Saturday of the month.
