Workshops and meetings are usually held at Cheju National University's Education Building (main campus). Bus 500 provides frequent service to the university. You can catch that bus across the street from Tom 'n Toms Coffee (on the Holly's side of the street) at City Hall. Take the bus (about 20 minutes) all the way beyond its big left turn at the Cheju University entrance road. Keep riding until you reach the main gate at the circular drive. Walk thru the gate (past the information booth where you can ask for help if needed) up the hill to a distance equal to about 3 blocks. Look for the older building on the left with lots of pinkish trim. Enter the College of Education at the left stairs to the third floor. 

The alternative location is the Foreign Language Learning Center in Jeju City. 

If you are standing in front of the KAL Hotel in Jeju City, look to your left. You will see the Kyobo Insurance Building and the Allianz Building.  Walk or drive down the street that is between these two building for a distance equal to about three blocks. You will see the Foreign Language Learning Center on your left. It is clearly marked with signs in English and Korean.
